Holy Shit! Giant Squid! (Warning Strong Language)

What the fuck!? I told you... First bloop and now this? Check this shit out! Japanese scientists finally managed to photograph a live giant squid in the wild. What the FUCK! Does that squid have a laser gun?

Check out these scary-ass pictures, it looks like the squid is fighting back, firing his fucking LASERGUN right at the dudes shooting pictures of it. Fuck yeah! Stay away from giant squids who shoot fucking lasers. I'm looking at you, Japan. I told you so... stay out of the ocean. Who knows what fucking scary ass, tech-equipped mutant lifeforms exist way at the bottom.

Jesus Christ! Next up, Leviathan! Google it, read your bible, cause it's down there folks and I'm not talking about Hobbes. I'm talking giant, man-eating (Possibly equipped with some sort of fucking missile launcher) largest animal ever on Earth. Google it and be afraid.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

There's a pain... in my head.

So, I'm sitting here,
writing again to you, my journal
bouncing things off thin air.

Looks like Haiku, but it isn't
now when I write, poetry comes out
but when you breathe, life comes out
breath by breath I watch air that was yours
and I wonder when I'll see another

turn some into words,
somehow yours can take my breath away
somehow, you can.
maybe I know how

But there's still a pain... in my head.
It feels like my eyeball is trying to escape my head.
Leave the skull behind completely.

Job vacancy.  New eye needed for 26 year old male.
Previous experience required.

Going to Michigan.  Can't wait. Can't breathe until then.

Hearts and Scars

You're inside, but I'm inside out
The last train out of town,
Catch a wreck, direct to your car
To find shared breathing in the dark

I'm standing outside of your house, waiting for you to come home
Walking with the ghosts of the days you spent alone

I watch you, lying in your bed,
all beauty, with a deadly edge
I'm buried alive inside, I'm never coming up for air
Lock the doors, no one should see what I'm about to bare

Hearts and scars

Memories traced veins and fingertips...

When you're around, I always sleep so sound

Grace

When life is darkest
I stretch, fumbling in the dark
Finding only you

Searching in the dark
I stumble but catch my feet
Standing face to face

Grace, the state of mind
Not only that but virtue
You are and have it

Things I'm in love with...

  • Gabriel Garcia Marquez
  • The Hush Sound
  • My friends, my coworkers
  • My mom (and yes, the rest of my family)
  • Sunset over Southern California
  • The welcome first chill of night air
  • Pete Wentz and Fall Out Boy
  • Writing Music for you
  • Writing Haiku and poetry and leaving it scattered across the Internet
  • October Fall
  • October period. Cherry Blossom never smelled so good
  • Coded messages
  • The written word and how yours touch me. How your book stays with me all the time.
  • Signed Baseball cards.
  • Music makes my heart swell and come out my mouth, just a little.
  • People who are smart. A very smart person once told me the brain is the sexiest part of the body.
  • Feeling 16 again for the first time in almost ever
  • You whispering in my ear, even now, even so far away.

Update: Grace

"it feels like the first day of my life, glad i didn't die before i met you".

Come and see us.
Come on, the moon's right, and I'm right here.

I wouldn't miss this for the world.
These kids have no idea.  They never will
Maybe we weren't supposed to.  Oh, well, someone fucked up
Now it's too late to make other plans, and someone should have lost theirs job/head over this one

We got put back together in the wrong/right place and now we're all jagged lines and weird angles that shouldn't fit together, like puzzle pieces that look like corners, but really attach. if you pay close enough attention, you can watch them slide together in the box, ever...so...slowly...

Bulletproof

you and me, we're bulletproof.

the way people aren't, ideas are. well, they can be
the way we both know before, before it's ever really spoken
the way you used to trick you brother into believing you can read his mind. that's how.
the way you let me hang, sway in the wind

the way i'll let you do the same in a different breath
the way it all adds up, in all the ways you're fantastic

we're not solid, we're not concrete, we're fucking bullet...proof
we've got the tools
we've got the goods
we know how to talk/dance/sing/drive/insert verb of choice/sleep
lean way in and listen, cause this is important.

can i say this again? i won't say sorry if i don't really need to
will you need to? maybe. maybe less than you really think.
maybe we're just

bullet-proof

Savannah

Savannah before Vegas
Vegas before Los Angeles
Michigan before Savannah

New Philadelphia before Michigan
before Cleveland...
before Canton...

Tracks stretch off into the distance
I can almost see where they go
But I love where they end up

Love Haiku

Written in your book
I cannot tell you the words
It's so hard to leave

T-Minus

+ The weekend is almost here
+ The Midwest is always fun (I'm big in Ohio)
- It was not margarita Friday today
+ It was danish Friday today
+ Standing up for your friends
+ Speaking your mind about what you believe
- None of that matters when politics is involved
- Long distances (More than 15 hours)
+ Pretty young reporters from Ohio

Conclusion:
I am in serious like with girls from Ohio who read, are very sweet, and are diabolical.
